Samenvatting

The Norwegian Government spent 36,000 kroner in 1989 and has 46,000 kroner at its disposal in 1990 on local projects about how to do more rational transport for disabled people. The purpose is to encourage and to get information from the counties. Two thirds of the money is paid in the spring when projects are sanctioned. For each project the last third is paid to the counties if the Ministry gets a report before 15 November the same year. The results are distributed to all the counties and others. The 1989 local projects dealt with included: local organised multiple use of transport means; a review of special transport based on meetings between different interest groups; local cross-sector benefits; the "talking" bus; a course for drivers responsible for transport with disabled people; computer-based routines for administration of transport for disabled people; and differentiation of support for different disabled people.
