Samenvatting
A discussion paper outlining a proposal by the road traffic instruction section to improve the quality and increase the quantity of traffic education available to New Zealand 3 to 7 year olds. It is proposed to achieve this by maximising the impact of traffic education staff (RTI)through the training of parents, thus enhancing their efficiency as educators of their own children.
