Samenvatting
The reasons why- with regard to stationary sources- an effective control of air pollution in the Netherlands is, for the present, only possible with the method of the best practicable means are outlined. This is important in connection with the enforcement of Chapter IV of the Dutch Air Pollution Act (1970), particularly in view of the emission and emission regulations which can be imposed on different industries by the Provincial Governments.
