The paper, whilst for the most part general, is intended to demonstrate how the engineering organisation has developed to meet the increasing and changing demands of traffic and legislative requirements. It is set out under a series of headings so that some order can be given to the wide range of detail necessary to indicate how this large company functions in the complicated public transport arena of Hong Kong.
