Samenvatting
The importance of car safety is outlined in slides from a computer presentation. Topics considered in research at TRL include pedestrian protection tests and their potential to save lives, vehicle frontal impact tests, Euro NCAP tests, vehicle incompatibility tests, side impact tests, child protection in cars, and the design of child restraints. Putting these research findings into practice is outlined.
