The management and analysis of data from evidential breath testers.

Using modern methods of computer communications, on-line data collection and analysis becomes possible resulting in more efficient and cost effective DWI programs. Using state of the art database software, the DWI program management perform analyses simply not possible before. This paper discusses one such system, describing the necessary hardware and associated computer programs used.
