Measurement of driver/vehicle multiloop response properties with a single disturbance input.

The point of view taken in this paper permits the simple and routine estimation of the more significant driver characteristics in steering control tasks. The fundamental difficulties of multiloop measurements are avoided by tailoring the driver loop structure per the currently understood multiloop human operator adjustment rules.
