Samenvatting
This report gives the results of measurements of skidding resistance obtained with the Road Research Laboratory's. sideway-force test vehicle. These measurements were made between 25th and 27th September 1967, on 41 sections of Autobahns in Bavaria and in the Cologne area of Germany; 35 of the sections Gussasphalt, 3 asphaltic concrete, 2 cement concrete and 1 "Wabit". Information is also given on the cost, design, traffic flows and texture-depth of these surfacing's.
