Samenvatting
The application of the Measure of Effectiveness (MOE) for the evaluation of measures both planned and already taken for traffic safety increase is presented. Based on the study of traffic signals, index of slipperiness, wrong way manoeuvres of drivers and especially on the analysis of conflict situations of road traffic participants, the approach and procedure of the MOE determination is described.
