Samenvatting
Local, provincial and regional authorities report yearly about their planning for limiting noise pollution. The central government coordinates these planning. In the framework of the target for traffic the battle against local air pollution, noise hindrance and risks for dangers, an approach is made by sharpening the emission requirements, the limitation of the auto mobility and measures to decrease the air pollution in urban areas.
