Samenvatting
The main purpose of the new traffic and transportation policy, as proposed to the parliament, is the meeting to the demand for transport of persons and freight exclusively as far as the contribution to the welfare of the community is per se positive and in such a way that traffic safety and the desired spatial structure is promoted the use of scantily natural resources is limited, the wanted social-cultural and economical development is promoted, and the distain on governmental financing is decreased.
