Samenvatting
The report contains a method for the measurement of road traffic noise. Specifications are given with regard to measurement equipment and calibration, measurement conditions, influences of period of observation, weather influences, other noise sources and data reporting. This method of measurement has been devised by the Institute of Applied Physics TNO-TH after discussions with a number of acoustic consultants and provincial and municipal bodies.
