18% of traffic accidents is supposed to be the consequence of circumstances outside the human being, 82% seems to be caused by a mistake of one or more persons. The same figures count for all sorts of accidents. There are two ways to better this. One is to (re)educate people, the other to adapt the surroundings to human actions.
