Samenvatting
Within the framework of the project "Influence of human factors in accidents on Motorway 28" a number of accidents which took place on November 21, 1988, have been analyzed. During the morning rush hour of this day there was a heavy snow- shower. It was the first snow fall of that autumn. During and after this heavy snow- shower, 18 accidents happened on the section Assen- Groningen of Motorway 28, with approximately 37 cars involved. Luckily no one involved was harmed. On all the drivers involved in the accidents, 12 were interviewed.
