Samenvatting
The conflict observation technique DOCTOR is on a local level only meaningful when on the hand of the observed conflicts and the analysis of the conflicts, countermeasures can be proposed. Till now on the DOCTOR method gives inadequate starting points to propose countermeasures for the infrastructure directly.Insight is needed into the relationships between the complexity of man vehicle design, infrastructure and traffic flow.
