Samenvatting
A interim report is presented to a research project in which criteria for examining the effectiveness of education campaigns aimed at road users are being worked out. Together with the instructions for their practical application, the aim is to clarify both the theory and possibilities of studies of effectiveness and to propose suitable strategies for evaluating certain types of campaign.
