Methodology of fare structures and prevention of fare evasion in urban public transport.

A study is made of (1) fare structures in relation to the size of the town and the type of transport system; (2) reduced fare arrangements for certain social groups and methods of application; (3) methods of compensating operators for the costs of reduced fare concessions- methods of calculating compensation and body providing it- and (4) detection and prevention of fare evasion.
