Nowadays the consequences of transport for the environment receive considerable attention. Traffic noise, environment pollution and safety are examples of this. Those who make plans concerning the infrastructure, are in general not enough acquired with the consequences of these plans for noise, environment and safety considerations. One of the possibilities to support the planners lies fifth generation informationsystems: the expertsystems.
