Samenvatting
Because of a changing policy on central and provincial level, showing from proposed changes in the Law concerning road-financing, many roads going through villages will be put under responsability of the local authority. Local government will then be able to rearrange the lay-out of these roads according their local needs. An example for an analysis and proposed measures for the parish of "Riel" is given.
