Samenvatting
This paper presents an appraisal of various procedures which have been suggested for determining minimum routes for networks with turn penalties and prohibitions. It is shown that the literature on this subject is very confusing in that an important early publication has apparently been overlooked, and some recently published algorithms are incorrect.
