Samenvatting
A Traffic Management Scheme TMS is a description of the traffic situation in a municipality, based upon investigation, and contains the municipal policies regarding traffic and presents measures and provisions that need to be taking. Designing a TMS is a condition to receive a governmental contribution for the construction of traffic infrastructure and for the coverage of exploitation deficits of the urban public transport.
