Samenvatting
The purpose of this document is to provide information on the development and operation of a mobile system for the diagnostic inspection of motor vehicles. Mobile facilities have been used in connection with the inspection, maintenance and repair of motor vehicles for many years. It is not the intention to go into the historical development of mobile facilities but rather to draw from the experience of a limited, number of demonstration or operational mobile programs that have included an inspection option.
