Samenvatting
Since 1980 a new generation of the Swedish mobile road survey system is in production for collection of alignment data. The measuring system records horizontal and vertical angles at selected intervals; surveying speed is ap-proximately 50 km/h on even roads. Thus recorded align-ment data of the road can be plotted immediately on a ter-minal screen within the survey car. Plans and profiles can be drawn automatically and data can be computed in diffe-rent ways for several purposes.
