Samenvatting
The province of Zuid- Holland and its neighbouring provinces have growing problems with the accessibility of economic necessary activities and with the negative environmental results of the car and goods vehicle's mobility. The provincial authority of Zuid- Holland is in the process of making a traffic and transportation plan for 2010 to tackle these problems. The paper describes the aims and the process which is being followed.
