Samenvatting
The Norwegian Ministry of Transport and Communications and The Norwegian Public Roads Administration want to develop and implement performance measures for traffic flow conditions - both for general traffic and for freight transport. SINTEF has conducted a study on this subject, which representa decision basis in this process. The goals are to identify mobility performance goals, define relevant indicators for evaluating the goal achievement, and describe methods and equipment for performance measures.
