Samenvatting
The paper deals with the distribution of the distance a vehicle has to travel behind a slower one until an overtaking becomes possible when the other traffic is of a simple kind and the sight varies in a special way along the road. A numerical example of the average speed and some empirical results about the sight on actual roads are given.
