Samenvatting
Process of adaptation of inter-urban roads to increasing traffic depends, in Poland, on new motorway and expressway construction and adequate modernization of existing roads. Formation of new motorway network is presently limited because of some restrictions in investment activities. As a result, the priority of existing road modernization has been recently given in road network development.
