The Traffic Behaviour Monitoring System was initiated by the Ministry of Transport and Communications in 1992. The project involves collecting information each year on the behaviour of road-users with the aid of automatic counting devices and road side measurements. The report presents the results of the 1994 measurements, and compares them with measurements made in earlier years.
