Personality factors were evaluated using the California Psychological Inventory and computer processed. The dominant motivation was determined by the Personality Motivational Structure questionnaire, a list of satisfaction factors. The study of the correlation between psychological test results referring to the cognitive processes and professional performance criteria revealed a weak relationship. Motivation is shown to have a strong influence on professional success. There were significant correlations between personality factors and motivation factors.
