Samenvatting
A motor carrier accident investigation is reported. This single-vehicle accident involved a tractor trailer which ran off the right side of the carriageway on to the shoulder and into the ditch where it overturned in the culvert. There was one fatality, two injuries and 12.500 dollar property damage. The driver was found to have been under the influence of alcohol and drugs at the time of the accident.
