Samenvatting
The Road Research Group C2 was created to review and evaluate research so far undertaken in the area of vehicle corrosion and deicing chemicals. The present report, outlines the complex problem of vehicle corrosion, the various deicing chemicals and the effects of atmospheric conditions and deicing chemicals on the corrosion of different parts of motor vehicles, and concentrates on methods of reducing corrosion damage.
