Motor-vehicle lighting during daytime : a report of the International Steering Committee on the justification of new experiments in Europe. Review and evaluation of existing evidence on the effectiveness of motor-vehicle lighting during daytime.

After giving a short review of the problems related to motor-vehicle lighting during daytime (DRL), this report describes the considerations of the members of the International Steering Committee on DRL on the tasks of this Committee, followed by a few conclusions. The opinion of the Committee concerning the Dutch proposal for a new experiment is pointed out.
