This bulletin contains statistics on motoring offences and breath tests dealt with by the police in England and Wales in 2000 and earlier years. The bulletin also includes statistics on penalty charge notices issued by local authority parking attendants from 1994. This bulletin is a record of official action with regard to motoring offences and breath tests, rather than an estimate of the number which take place.
