This is a compendium of the case summaries of multidisciplinary investigations of motor vehicle accidents by a team of engineers, physicians, psychologists, and other specialists. This research effort is intended to define unknown factors concerning highway collisions so that road, vehicle, and human improvements can be accomplished to make the highway system safer; for abstract of Volume I, see IRRD abstract No. 210498.
