Samenvatting
Many measures in traffic engineering are recommended without the security that there will be any possible effect from these measures. An inventory has been made by a working group and it is shown that the main problems are not analyzed sufficiently, by which wrong solutions are proposed. On the hand of examples is shown how such mistakes can be avoided.
