Samenvatting
The question was set if the personnel of the control room for road traffic tunnels during the night should consist of one or two persons. The costs and benefits of such a doubling in personnel are discussed. The main conclusion is that the control by one person is not unresponsible. Attention should be given, however to the location and the fitting up of the place of work.
