Samenvatting
This paper presents some alterations in the traffic regulations concerning alcohol. In the explanatory memorandum the needs of modernizing the traffic regulations are exposed. The present regulations are mentioned and their inadequacy is pointed out. The desirability of introducing a maximum permissible blood alcohol content, and of obliging the blood test is explained. An explanation is given of the alerted articles.
