Samenvatting
In January 1993 the provisional rule for the setting of utilization and operating costs for inter urban public transport came into force. In this system more responsibility for urban transport administration has been transferred from central government to the private owner of the transport system. The private owner is now resposible for the quality, the accessibility, the frequency and the time-tables. It is foreseen that there will be less public transport on Sunday and on some hours on the weekday.
