TRB’s Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board, No. 2085 includes 15 papers that explore a dynamic network loading model, an algorithm for solving stochastic problems of transportation network analysis, robust pricing of transportation networks under uncertain demand, simultaneous offline estimation of dynamic origin-destination flows, dynamic origin-destination demand estimation, and application of generalized Wardrop principle in regional transportation. This issue of the TRR also examines the origin-destination matrix correction procedure using traffic counts, measuring uncertainty costs using dynamic traffic simulations, an enhanced lagged cell-transmission model for dynamic traffic assignment, stochastic user equilibrium traffic assignment models, an algorithm for the equilibrium signal-setting problem, traffic assignment considering risk-taking behaviors, modeling user responses to pricing, and adaptive route choice models.
