Samenvatting
The effectiveness of the temporary driving licence for recently qualified drivers is studied by analyzing accident statistics from 1986- 1989. During 1988 71.4% of 18 years old drivers have caused an accident, just as in 1986. For woman drivers this percentage has a little decreased.
