Samenvatting
This paper deals with the various types of non- skid road surfacings developed in Belgium for use in new construction on medium or high volume roads, namely: deeply transversely grooved cement concrete, chipped cement concrete, exposed aggregate cement concrete, porous asphalt and chipped bituminous concrete. A new high speed friction tester is also described.
