Samenvatting
It is well established that young drivers are over represented in crashes. This finding should not be surprising in that the acquisition of any complex skills accompanied by a higher rate of errors in the early stages of learning. This paper explores possibilities for introducing driver training and experience at a younger age while retaining current age of licensure.
