Samenvatting
The results of the KIVI-contest about ideas for redevelopment of 1920-1925 estates, residential areas and quarters, are described. The contributions emphasized the importance of coordinating traffic engineering, town planning, architecture, sociology and government. Contestants submitted plans based on new traffic measures and more specifically designed public spaces. They were required to produce low cost plans.
