Samenvatting
Stimulating public transport according to the Dutch traffic and transport policy raises the question as to what extent the government should subsidy public transport. In this paper the actual form of governmental grants for the public transport in the Netherlands is described. By means of the FINOV-model the quantitative effects of some grant formulae for the local (city) transport are simulated.
