Samenvatting
Further to the general description given in "De Ingenieur" nr. 33 of 1966 three authors give more details about the issue of invitations to tender for the work, the construction and the traffic control. A description is given of the extent of the electrical installations and the required planning of the execution of the work is further discussed. The third author discusses more in detail the operation of the traffic lights and traffic lane indicators.
