Samenvatting
Recently the first extensive document on cycle path lighitng was published. Until then this lighting was considered as a by-product of public lighting being installed for motor car traffic. The study shows that cycle path lighting is a means of presenting a clear picture of the path itself and the position and speed of other road users in relation to this situation.
