Samenvatting
NorTrafWeb is the next generation of the central system for administrating traffic data from the Norwegian road net. The primary motivation behind developing a new management system is to increase the availability as wellas improving the quality of the collected information. Earlier versions have been based on thick single-user clients, which have proven difficult for distribution of aggregated data to the public. The goal is to develop aservice based web application that handles all the aspects of traffic data gathering, aggregation and presentation through a single web portal, based on the 9000 measure stations throughout Norway.
