Samenvatting
Aspects in the field of traffic engineering, infrastructure and financing regarding bicycle traffic are presented. A further elaboration of the planning and ideas mentioned in the Structure Scheme on Traffic and Transport and the multiyear programme for personal transport 1980- 1984 is given.
