Samenvatting
The starting points of the policy of the municipality of Utrecht are given. Proposals are made to decrease the mobility by car use in and around this town. The essential parts of the new policy are measures in the field of: (1) the public transport; (2) bicycle routes; (3) possibilities in the transfer from the car to the public transport; (4) parking policy; and (5) a new design for the traffic flow.
