Samenvatting
It is shown that on highways with an advisory speed limit by means of traffic signs the efficiency of the decrease of speed is not reached. It is questioned if advisory speed limits have still a real function. While drivers know that the control of speed is almost nihil, they do not maintain the limits. Only on highways with discontinuities and with curves advisory speed limit test will be continued.
